Members
The Members of The Goldfinch Trust are the guardians of the Trust’s constitution and charitable purpose. They play a strategic oversight role, ensuring the Trust remains focused on its mission to serve learners with special educational needs and complex health needs.
Members provide independent scrutiny and hold the Board of Trustees to account for the effective governance, financial stewardship and long term direction of the organisation. Through this role, they help ensure the Trust’s values are protected and that decision making remains firmly rooted in the best interests of pupils and communities.
Our Members support the long term integrity and sustainability of the Trust as it grows and develops within the specialist education landscape.
