Become a Governor

Governors play a vital role across our trust. They provide thoughtful challenge, informed guidance and connection to the communities we serve. Becoming a governor is a way to contribute meaningfully to specialist education and make a lasting difference.

We welcome interest from people with a range of experience, including in education, healthcare, finance, youth work or lived experience of SEND. All governors receive induction, support and access to training. Prior experience is not required—only time, interest and a willingness to learn.
