Collaboration sits at the heart of our trust. We believe that the best outcomes for learners with complex needs are achieved through strong, respectful and expert partnerships.
We work closely with the NHS and other clinical services, recognising the importance of educational and medical alignment. Our staff liaise daily with health professionals, social workers and therapists to ensure the support around a child is consistent and effective.
Our schools also maintain strong relationships with mainstream settings. Reintegration is a key focus, and we collaborate with home schools to plan, support and review transitions. This ensures that each learner can return to a setting that understands their journey and is equipped to meet their needs.
We also work in partnership with families. Parents and carers are an integral part of the team around each child. We seek and value their insights, communicate regularly and involve them meaningfully in decision-making.
Across the trust, we are always open to working with like-minded organisations, schools and systems to share practice, learn from others and improve outcomes together.
